The Eco-Aqua LED aquarium lamps from Arcadia represent a huge step forward in aquatic LED lighting.

Designed from the outset to provide the same spectacular colour rendition as our fluorescent lamps, Eco-Aqua lamps blend multiple coloured LED sources, bringing out the vivid iridescent colours of fish and providing far more natural colour rendering than other LED lamps.

Unlike fluorescent lamps, whose even light distribution can flatten the look of an aquarium, the multiple point sources of the Eco-Aqua lamps create light and shadow giving a dramatic three-dimensional look to the aquarium with far more visual impact.

Eco-Aqua Daylight

Spectacular natural colour rendition with a high (>8K) colour temperature equally suited for Freshwater or Marine aquariums.

Eco-Aqua Tropical

Warm colour that enhances the red colours of fish and plants without flattening the iridescent blues of many tropical fish.

Eco-Aqua Marine Blue

Combining deep blue, light blue and violet LEDs results in a spectacular actinic moonlight colour, ideal for marine or freshwater aquariums. Can be mixed with Daylight lamps for marine systems.

Accessories

T8 lamp holder adapter clips

These adapters clip on to each end of an Eco-Aqua lamp, allowing it to fit into existing T8 aquarium light fittings.   With the clips fitted, the Eco-Aqua lamps are the same length as equivalent T8 fluorescent lamps. For example a 9W Eco-Aqua lamp, which is equivalent to a 15W T8 aquarium lamp, is the same length as a 15W T8 lamp when the clips are fitted. Adapter clips are compatible with the majority of aquariums supplied with a central T8 light unit with waterproof lamp holders (e.g. Juwel Multilux T8 light units). For specific aquarium compatibility, please check with your supplier or visit the Arcadia website for the latest list of compatible aquariums.   Note: This is a mounting system only. Power for the Eco-Aqua lamp comes from the driver.

Aquarium mounting frame

The aquarium mounting frame consists of a pair of telescopic struts which mount inside the hood of a conventional rectangular, frame-top aquarium. The mounting legs support the installation of multiple Eco-Aqua lamps and the position of the lamps is fully adjustable. Three versions are available to suit different aquarium depths; The small frame fits aquariums from 300mm to 426mm wide and holds up to four Eco-Aqua Lamps, the large frame fits aquariums from 570mm to 714mm wide and holds up to six Eco-Aqua Lamps
