Aquatic Products Manager

If you are really passionate about fish keeping, know your stuff, and are a good communicator, you could be interested in a once in a lifetime new position that we are creating to drive Arcadia aquarium lighting sales forwards, as well as products forwards towards aquatic perfection.

There are many aspects to this exciting new marketing and development role.

Initially you would be heavily involved in providing cutting edge content and ideas and scientific thought for our groundbreaking new web site. We have recently completed www.arcadia-reptile.com, and wish to develop an aquatic equivalent.

The web site will form the basis of a completely new digital marketing and customer care strategy, which you would lead, implement and grow. The site will be integrated into various social media, enabling one to one contact with like minded people from all over the globe. Alongside this will be a series of You Tube videos, and these would be scripted as part of the role.

We wish to participate in aquatic forums, and provide the hobby with helpful and often cutting edge information about lighting products and the science behind great aquatic care.

Internal product training, as well as the preparation of training collateral to be used by distributors is also part of the brief.

There would be input into new product briefs and involvement in new product development process. The right person really will make a difference to the global aquatics trade!

We are looking for someone with previous commercial or marketing experience and a dedication to the hobby.

The salary will be attractive and commensurate with previous experience. We do need this role carried out in our Redhill office.
